В последнее время развернулась активная компания против негосударственных пенсионных фондов.
Нам говорят, что срочно необходимо изменить их организационно-правовую форму и сделать акционерными обществами.
А еще у них доходность маленькая и наши деньги не защищены от инфляции. Да и деньги наши для бюджета пригодятся.
Но парадокс в том, что авторы законопроектов или не поняли, или сознательно ошибаются.
Акционерные общества, в отличие от НПФ, должны платить налог на прибыль.
А еще они должны платить дивиденды. Таким образом доходность фондов станет еще наполовину меньше.
В итоге говорят, что хотят защитить пенсионные накопления, а сами их резко уменьшают.
