Дело против сына Ильи Фарбера Петра о митинге на Красной площади в Москве прекращено, об этом он написал в своем фейсбуке.

Цитата:

«В итоге мы выходим радостные из зала, потому что дело в отношении меня ПРЕКРАЩЕНО. Ну, правда, что дурака-то валять: 2-е маленьких братьев, дедушка, папа в тюрьме, всех надо содержать… Откуда у меня деньги на штраф?» — написал Пётр Фарбер.

Пётр был задержан во время митинга 9 августа.

Приговор Илье Фарберу вынесли 1 августа. Его приговорили к семи годам и одному месяцу колонии строгого режима, признав виновным в вымогательстве и злоупотреблении должностными полномочиями.

Тверской районный суд Москвы решил не судить сына осужденного сельского учителя Ильи Фарбера — Петра Фарбера — за проведение 9-ого августа пикета на Красной площади.

Само судебное заседание длилось пару минут. За это время судья успел:
— Выразить удивление, что Петр Фарбер приходится Илье Фарберу сыном.
— Откомментить приговор Осташковского суда «Ну да, 8 лет — это вообще!» (Чем выразить поддержку словам Путина)
— Прекратить преследования Петра

Петр это решение суда прокомментировал следующим образом:
«Ну, правда, что дурака-то валять: 2-е маленьких братьев, дедушка, папа в тюрьме, всех надо содержать… Откуда у меня деньги на штраф?»

Напомним, 1-ого августа Осташковский суд приговорил бывшего сельского учителя Илью Фарбера к 7 годам тюрьмы за взятку в 400 тысяч рублей. Приговор осудили многие представители общественности. Президент России также выразил удивление по поводу слишком жестокого приговора.
