16 сентября в администрации Твери прошло очередное заседание штаба по подготовке городского коммунального хозяйства к отопительному сезону.

В домах тверитян значительно похолодало. Обещанное «бабье лето» куда-то запропастилось, и зима катит в глаза намного раньше календарных сроков. В то время как в одном северном районе области уже отрапортовали о подключении отопления, на зависть замерзающим соседям, Тверь-курорт все еще готовит сани. На заседании выяснилось, что пока к вхождению в отопительный сезон подготовлено лишь около 78% жилищного фонда Твери. Из четырех районов областной столицы самые высокие показатели демонстрирует Пролетарский район — 92%. В Московском районе к пуску тепла готово 82% жилых домов, в Центральном районе — 74%. Самое значительное отставание от графика по-прежнему наблюдается в Заволжье (цифрами даже не расстраивают). Одной из причин «отсталости» называют недавнюю смену руководителя ООО «УК Заволжского района». В целом по городу чиновники ссылаются на неподготовленность ТСЖ и ЖСК, которые не справились и с половиной поставленных задач, о чем красноречиво говорит цифра в 49% готовности. Это настораживает, но, по крайней мере, с поиском крайних справились досрочно.

Что касается городских сетей. «Тверьтепло» осталось кое-что зарыть по мелочи, но в остальном оно планирует завершить плановый ремонт до конца недели. Штрафы и санкции, которыми грозит департамент ЖКХ и жилищной политики администрации города – достаточно убедительные довод за «поторопиться». Конкретные сроки подключения тепла пока не называют, однако холода пришли не только в жилые дома, но и школы, садики и больницы. В больницы города уже обратилось более 20000 человек с диагнозом ОРВИ, в аптеках очереди, обогреватели пустили электросчетчик в пляс – в общем, осень, господа, осень хочется тепла…
