14 сентября состоялось торжественное открытие III Международной Конференции «Жизнь в гармонии: ботанические сады и общество – диалог без границ» в Тверском государственном университете.

В этом форуме ботаников приняли участие ученые из 12 стран мира, руководители и сотрудники 35 ботанических садов России. Надо сказать, что наша страна лидирует в деле сохранения редких растений, используя ботанические сады. А среди российских — ботанический сад Тверского государственного университета (директор Юрий Наумцев) – один из самых лучших. Нам есть чем гордиться, особенно если учесть все трудности, особенно финансовые, которые преодолевает руководство ботанического сада и кафедра ботаники Тверского университета.
